Training

Paycom training is truly comprehensive. You will be developed and mentored by our strongest executives. Graduates of our training program are able to consult with decision makers in virtually every facet of business.

Learn About Transition Specialist Training +

  • New Hire Training+

  • New transition specialist representatives (TSR) attend extensive trainings over a five week span, known as precorporate and corporate training. During this new-hire training, all TSR’s will become product experts and learn about their role as an implementation specialist at Paycom.

  • Product Training+

  • During TSR’s initial new-hire training, they will review the products in-depth allowing them to be product experts and a resource for Paycom clients. Because this is so critical, new hires spend three weeks learning the products to better serve Paycom clients.

  • Client Management+

  • During their five weeks of training, new hires spend two weeks at the corporate office role-playing, learning how to set up a client and discovering how to apply their product knowledge to the everyday steps of being a transition specialist representative.

  • Ongoing Training+

  • All representatives are flown to an upscale destination four times a year for two days of ongoing training and team building with their peers and managers. At this training, reps build additional skills necessary for implementation and new skills to bring back to their home office.

Learn About Client Specialist Training +

  • New Hire Training+

  • Each of our new specialists goes through an extensive system-wide training process to learn the details of both the internal-and external-facing parts of the Paycom system. This course is designed to give specialists the foundational skills to provide excellent service to our clients.

  • Product Certification+

  • Following New Hire training, all of our specialists attend Product Certification training to learn how to better serve our clients and manage the Paycom product. We are continually evolving our solution set and adding new products. This course ensures they know everything about the system.

  • Continuing Education Training+

  • Because we believe that people are the most appreciable asset, every specialist at Paycom attends continuing education training to further their knowledge and skills. These classes hone in on the customer service and leadership skills our specialists need in order to further their careers at Paycom.
